As with any Westin the rooms are nice. Great bed, towels and shower and the lobby was nice too. My stay would have been nice only for one of the hotel managers Warren blatantly lying to me about late check outs. Due to a flight delay I asked at reception for late check-out. They gave me a price list that showed a cost of $150 for 4PM check out.
