What does nourishment taste like?

Its refreshing and sweet and when you are done you feel as good as they taste. I am much happier with these drinks than with some of the energy drinks sold that just seem to be caffeine filled. The cans have six flavours Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, Vanilla, Raspberry and Cherry.

Nourishment tastes great, has vitamins and minerals plus protein, I personally drink this as a breakfast substitute and it gives me the energy I need in the morning, previously found it hard to eat breakfast so this helps a lot, This can be used as a relatively cheaper version of a protein shake.
