Not sure that including the path to the license file is necessary or even desirable when querying a remote FLEXlm service using the lmutil lmstat -a -c command. The -c “license file path” seems a local system convention.

There is a version mismatch between lmutil & lmstat binaries, version of lmutil present in RLKS 8.1.3 is v126.96.36.199 build 96543 i86_lsb & that of lmstat is v188.8.131.52 build 81116 i86_lsb. Replace the version v184.108.40.206 build 96543 i86_lsb of lmutil binaries with the v220.127.116.11 build 81116 i86_lsb binaries.
