Can I cancel my holiday with Virgin?
You can cancel your holiday for one of our holiday vouchers instead up until four weeks before you fly. There’s no expiry date to use your Virgin Atlantic Holidays voucher, you’ll just need to make sure you book to travel by 31st December 2023.
Are Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays the same company?
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, it was announced on 5 May 2020 that Virgin Holidays would soon be re-branded as Virgin Atlantic Holidays. The full re-brand is expected to be completed by late 2022.
How long are virgin refunds taking?
