Is the Borla Pro XS loud?

This muffler has a great sound. I have a friend who had this on his pickup and it sounds great; not to loud. However, I put this on a trailblazer 5.3 and it’s a little loud for my liking. I think being under my cab it sounds louder; while on the pickup it’s back under his bed so it’s not too loud.
